Conference Housing - On & Off Campus Services
Building Maintenance
If a facilities-related problem occurs, such as heat failure, light or water problems, please contact the conference housing help desk at (860) 486-2697. The phone number for emergency maintenance is (860) 486-3113 or (860) 486-3114.
Computers
Internet connections are available in each guest room. The on-campus support line is 486-4087 (dial 6-4087 from a campus phone). Computer access is also available at the Homer Babbidge Library, 369 Fairfield Rd. Computer labs are available by arrangement only through your conference organizer.

There are a variety of dining options when planning your trip to UConn. Contact the organizations directly for costs and reservation information.

Laundry Facilities
Card operated laundry machines are located in the ground level of every residence hall. Contact the housing help desk for laundry card requests at 486-2697.
Parking
Parking is to be pre-arranged with your Conference Coordinator. If there are any concerns with campus parking you can reach the Parking Services Office directly:
Recreation
Guests may use the fitness facility and pool in the Nathan Hale Inn when arranged as part of the conference package. A fitness facility is also located Student Recreation Facility.
Tours
Campus tours may be available through the Lodewick Visitors Center, located at 115 N. Eagleville Rd. For campus tour reservations and general information call (860) 486-4900.
