Charter Oak Apartments (formerly Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine)

The Charter Oak is home to 498 students. The complex is comprised of 6, three story buildings and a Community Center. There is a variety of living options available ranging from 4 person to 2 person apartments. Rooms are furnished with a full size bed, desk and dresser. The apartments have a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, dining area and bathroom. Individual apartments are single sex.

Telephone, cable and computer connectivity is also provided. Students living in the Charter Oak Apartments are not required to purchase a meal plan. Custodial Services are not provided. Residence Life staff are on site to assist students as needed.
